- To improve outcomes for vulnerable groups (SEND, Pupil Premium, LAC, previously LAC) by offering bespoke learning opportunities.
- To continue to improve outcomes in English to ensure whole school consistency with regard to phonics, grammar, spelling.
- To implement, monitor and assess the revised foundation subjects curriculum with regard to structured progression in knowledge, skills and diversity.
- To ensure respect for all communities, celebrating diversity and challenging discrimination in a non-tokenistic way.
- To further our work in becoming a sustainable school.
- To provide opportunities to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all stakeholders.
- To focus on individualised professional development, partnership working and rigorous appraisal for all staff groups.
- To identify and implement alternative assessment practices in order to avoid the duplication of tasks, therefore reducing staff workload.
