- To improve outcomes for vulnerable groups (SEND, Pupil Premium, LAC, previously LAC) by offering bespoke learning opportunities.
- To continue to improve outcomes in English to ensure whole school consistency with regard to phonics, grammar, and spelling and approach to writing.
- To develop a non-confrontational approach to behaviour management based on positive relationships, respect, choices and prevention.
- To further improve the quality of teaching and learning by working together across year groups to maintain a cohesive culture, and to be critical and challenging ‘friends’. To focus on individualised professional development, partnership working and rigorous appraisal for all staff groups.
